The Sacramento Promise Zone’s VISTA Leader will focus on providing support and facilitating access to services and resources that contribute to improving the quality of life for under served populations. The Leader will coordinate 4 additional VISTA members as they facilitate their action teams, plan, develop and implement new strategies to improve the quality of life for residents within the Promise Zone. Note that VISTA Leaders must have already completed one year of service in the AmeriCorps, VISTA, NCCC, or Peace Corps programs.
