On Friday, February 22, 2019, 55 youth participated in La Familia's 3rd Youth Voice Pop Up event with local artist Mei Vaughn from Paint the Town for a fun filled paint night.
On Friday. February 22, 2019 La Familia Counseling Center, Inc. hosted it’s third Friday night Youth Pop Up event at Maple Neighborhood Center. They partnered with local artist Mei Vaughn from Paint the Town to host a fun filled paint night for youth of all ages. There were 55 people who participated including parents working alongside their young children to explore their artistic creativity.
La Familia is hosting these events every 2nd and 4th Friday until June from 4-8pm at Maple Neighborhood Center (3301 37th Avenue, Sacramento). However, they have a special outing on Friday, March 22, 2019 and will be hosting the Pop Up Soccer Planet (5031 24th Street, Sacramento) from 4-8pm.
